I contacted Pestcotek regarding a group of 25-30 bees nesting in gate post to my garden. I was worried about harming them due to their endangered status but didn’t want my family to be stung.
Andy at Pestcotek responded to my inquiry with a few minutes to ask for a video and was able to identify that the bees were harmless, would cause no damage and advised against further action. He was responsive, extremely knowledgeable and very customer friendly. Although we haven’t used the pest control services on this occasion I am certainly keeping Pestcotek’s details for future use as I have confidence they will find the right solution for the customer/situation.
